Out of asparagus? Need some fresh strawberries?

The Cheyenne Farmers Market began more than two decades ago in the downtown district, and these days is open on 10 Saturdays in August, September and October, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The market is located in the heart of the city at Depot Plaza on West 15th Street.

Regional growers and vendors are invited to sell fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, flowers and plants.

Community Action of Laramie County manages the market and uses a portion of the money raised to fund its various programs.
